Why do businesses need automation?

The reason that holds founders back from growth

Why do businesses *need* automation?

  • It speeds up task completion.

  • It adds stability to your business.

  • Your employees can focus on higher-value tasks.

  • It increases your company's long-term value.

  • Automation is more cost-effective than human labor.

But most people say the following…

“I’ll start automating next week…”

You're probably busy with clients or managing employees, and things like "training," "automation," and building "SOPs" probably aren’t top of mind for you right now.

Also may go on a limb here and assume that you probably want to have more time freedom from the day to day of your business.

However, after chatting with 100+ business owners there’s only 2 simple paths someone can take

Path 1: Do nothing, have the same responsibilities in 6 months from now.

Path 2: Invest the time and resources to build assets, to leverage in the future.

The “I’ll start automating next week” excuse could be the ball and chain holding a founder back from growth.

I honestly believe running a business can be a lot like going to war (don’t worry, I’m a nice guy).

  • Your team is like your army

  • Your tools and tech stack are your weapons

  • And your prioritization is your strategy

Now, imagine two armies with the same resources. Army A trains daily, sharpens their focus, discipline, and skills, while Army B stays complacent. In 7 months, who’s going to come out on top?

Definitely not the side that got comfortable.

How do you start improving your operations?

  • I’d check out the free training that I made that shows why, before you start automating anything in your business, it's crucial to first see where you are today, using data and facts, not just gut instinct. Check out the youtube video.
